  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the chicken mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Incorporate finely chopped celery and sliced green onions into the mixture. Mix gently.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Separate and rinse lettuce leaves. Pat dry gently to keep them crisp.
  • Remove chicken mixture from heat and let it cool slightly for about 2 minutes.
  • Assemble the wraps by scooping chicken mixture into the center of the lettuce leaf. Add any optional toppings.
  • Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy immediately or serve with dressing on the side.
