  • Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, chopping the cabbage, slicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add the chicken to the skillet, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, pour in soy sauce and chicken broth, and stir for 2-3 more minutes until the dish is combined.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot, either on its own or over rice or noodles.
