Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

For the Rice

  • 4 cups Cooked Rice Day-old is best

For the Stir-Fry

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For frying
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Minced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots Convenient and colorful
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped

For the Eggs

  • 3 large Eggs Beaten

Marinating and Cooking

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  • Pour beaten eggs into the same skillet, swirling gently to create a fluffy scramble. Cook for 2-3 minutes until set.
  • Add a splash of vegetable oil, toss in minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add frozen peas and carrots and chopped red bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are vibrant and tender.
  • Introduce the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir in cooked steak and scrambled eggs. Mix until combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best results. Maintain high heat for quick cooking.
