  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1 small diced onion, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  • Pour in 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth, followed by 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Gently add 12 potstickers to the broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in 2 cups of vegetables and allow to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Taste the soup and adjust seasoning if needed with more soy sauce or a pinch of salt.
