Steak

  • 1 pound Sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the steak by trimming excess fat and cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
  • Make the marinade by whisking together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, black pepper, and sea salt.
  • Marinate the steak cubes in the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Cook the marinated steak bites for 2–3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  • Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
  • Let the cooked steak bites rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

These steak bites are best served warm and can be paired with fresh salad or herbed quinoa.
