Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha until fully combined.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Remove the pork from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Roast the pork for 15–20 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and basting halfway through.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the pork into medallions, drizzle remaining sauce over top, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Allowing the pork to marinate overnight will enhance the flavors significantly. Use any leftovers in salads or sandwiches for additional meals throughout the week.
