Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Sriracha.
  • Marinate the pork tenderloin in the marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Let the pork sit for 15 minutes to reach room temperature.
  • Sear the pork in a heated skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Baste with reserved marinade and transfer skillet to the oven.
  • Roast the pork for 15-20 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the pork and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the pork overnight. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
