  • Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened. Then, add minced garlic and tomato paste.
  • Pour in 2 cups of apple cider and add the remaining braising ingredients, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  • Return the seared ribs to the pot, ensuring they are submerged, and cover with a lid.
