Ingredients
  

For the Brie Filling

  • 8 oz Brie cheese Velvety and rich
  • Cranberry sauce Sweet-tart flavor
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans Adds crunch

For the Pastry

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry Thawed
  • 1 large Egg Beaten, for egg wash

For Flavor Enhancements

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt and pepper To taste

For Garnish

  • Fresh parsley or greens Optional

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry to about ⅛ inch thick and cut into a triangle shape.
  • Place the Brie at the base of your triangle.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans on top.
  • Top with chopped rosemary and drizzle with honey; season with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the pastry edges over the Brie, sealing tightly.
  • Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Serve with crackers or baguette for best results.
