Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a blender, add almond milk, a ripe banana, almond butter, and maple syrup. Include protein powder, vanilla extract, and juice and zest of lemon. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Increase the speed to high and blend for another 20 seconds until creamy. Aim for a light and airy consistency.
  • Add ice cubes to desired consistency and blend on high for 30 seconds more until frosty. Adjust thickness as preferred.
  • Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness.

Notes
