  • Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  • In a large pot, pour in chicken broth and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add diced onion, diced carrots, and diced celery to the simmering broth. Cook until vegetables soften.
