  • Blend the Marinade: In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Preheat the Grill: Set your grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly oil the grates.
  • Marinate the Salmon: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Prepare for Grilling: Remove salmon from marinade and set aside the remaining glaze. Ensure the salmon looks glossy.
  • Grill the Salmon: Place salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Wait until edges turn opaque.
  • Brush with Glaze and Flip: Flip the fillets and brush with reserved glaze. Grill for another 4 to 5 minutes until flaky.
