Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup soy sauce adds depth of flavor

For the Stir-Fry

Cooking Steps

  • Marinate the chicken in a bowl with soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sauté sliced onion for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Increase heat to high, cook marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Introduce red bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for another 3–4 minutes until vibrant.
  • Mix cornstarch with water, pour over chicken and vegetables, and cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before removing from heat.
  • Serve hot alongside jasmine rice or noodles for a complete meal.

Notes

For best flavor, allow chicken to marinate for 30 minutes and adjust sriracha to your heat preference.
