  • Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Coat the inside of a small heat-proof bowl or ramekin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Carefully crack one egg into each prepared ramekin.
  • Season each egg with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Place each ramekin in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are stable.
  • Cook at 270°F (130°C) for 10–12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for doneness.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let sit for a minute.
  • Slide the eggs out of the ramekins onto warm toast or a plate and garnish with herbs.
