  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Take a small portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, and roll into a meatball.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs for about 5 minutes.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, add chopped onions, and sauté until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic to the onions and cook for an additional minute.
  • Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for about 2 minutes to form a roux.
  • Gradually add beef broth and Guinness stout while stirring to create a lump-free gravy.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and gently place browned meatballs in the skillet, coating them in gravy.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
