Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined, then shape into 12 meatballs.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle olive oil. Cook the meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  • Cut the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over the bottoms, arrange meatballs, add more sauce, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  • Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush evenly over the top of the sliders.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
