  • In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup of softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth, approximately 2-3 minutes. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  • Take a 9x13 inch dish and layer half of the 1 cup of crushed cookies evenly across the bottom. Press down gently to create a solid base.
