  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  • Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in the dry white wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes until it reduces slightly. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Lower heat and stir in the heavy cream, simmering for 2 minutes. Add cooked linguine, tossing to coat. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon zest, and juice. Toss until combined.
