Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, cilantro, jerk seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix gently.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baked meatballs with BBQ sauce until thoroughly coated.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with additional cilantro, then serve warm.
