  • In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk and rum, stirring until well blended. Set aside.
  • Dip ladyfingers into the coconut milk mixture, and arrange them in a serving dish.
  • In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone filling.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes over the top.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld. Adjust soaking time and ingredients based on personal preference.
