  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream them together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the three ripe bananas to the creamed butter and sugar. Mash the bananas thoroughly into the mixture until well combined.
  • Crack the two eggs into the banana mixture, followed by one tablespoon of vanilla extract. Beat on low speed until fully incorporated, about 1-2 minutes.
