  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease the ramekins with unsalted butter and dust with all-purpose flour.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of unsalted butter and 8 ounces of dark chocolate. Melt until smooth.
  • Whisk together ½ cup of granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until pale and thickened.
