  • Layer the Potatoes: In your crock pot, layer the diced potatoes evenly along the bottom.
  • Add the Carrots: Add the sliced carrots on top of the layer of potatoes.
  • Incorporate the Green Beans: Distribute the cut green beans over the carrots.
  • Add the Beef Mixture: Spoon the browned beef mixture on top of the vegetables.
  • Pour in the Tomatoes: Pour the can of diced tomatoes, including the juice, over the beef and vegetables.
