  • 1 lb Ground sausage Pork, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or seasoned
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese Optional
  • 1 large Egg Binder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Grape jelly
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce Your favorite brand

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley Optional

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine grape jelly and barbecue sauce. Heat over medium until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss the baked meatballs in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and enjoy!
