Step-by-Step Instructions for Potsticker Stir Fry

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the frozen potstickers and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, add remaining vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add bell pepper, snow peas, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth. Add to the skillet.
  • Return potstickers to the skillet, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top, toss gently and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the skillet when frying potstickers to achieve a crisp texture. Adjust sauce ingredients to taste.
