  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  • Add 4 cups of coleslaw mix, stirring well and cooking for about 3-4 minutes until softened but crunchy.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over the mixture and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring well to combine.
  • Serve over rice or lettuce, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Choose lean ground meat for a healthier option. Don't overcook the coleslaw mix; a quick cook time enhances flavor and texture.
