  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried strawberries powder
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • a pinch Salt to balance sweetness
  • 1 drop Red food coloring optional

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Place 2 tablespoons of freeze-dried strawberries into a food processor and pulse until powdered, about 30 seconds.
  • Add 1 cup of softened unsalted butter to the processor along with the strawberry powder. Blend on medium speed for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  • Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend for an additional minute.
  • If desired, add 1 drop of red food coloring and blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and give the mixture a final pulse for 15 seconds.
  • Transfer the Pink Strawberry Butter into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Use softened butter for best results. Store in an airtight container; lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
