  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pears, red apples, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the fruits.
  • Incorporate the pomegranate seeds, halved grapes, sliced kiwis, and banana into the fruit mixture. If using walnuts, sprinkle them in as well.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat all the fruit.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
