  • Start by washing 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries under cold water, then hull the strawberries and slice the banana. Gather your equipment: a high-speed blender and measuring cups. This preparation should take about 5 minutes.
  • In the blender, combine your washed and prepared fruits, including the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and sliced banana. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Aim for a smooth, even distribution of flavors as you layer your ingredients.
  • Secure the lid on your blender and blend the ingredients on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until creamy. Stop blending once the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
  • Assess the thickness of your smoothie. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a handful of frozen berries and blend again for another 20-30 seconds. Alternatively, if it's too thick, incorporate a splash of milk and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
