For the Mascarpone Mixture

For the Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy cream whip it until stiff peaks form to give the tiramisu its airy texture.

For the Coffee Layer

  • 1 cup Brewed coffee (cooled) the base flavor brings depth and richness to the dessert; use your favorite blend.
  • ½ cup Coffee liqueur adds an extra kick, making the tiramisu even more indulgent—substitute with more coffee if desired.

For the Tiramisu Assembly

  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers these spongey cookies soak up the coffee and are essential for the layers.
  • 1 cup Strawberry puree brings a vibrant, fruity punch to the dessert.

For the Topping

Preparation Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  • In a shallow dish, mix the brewed coffee with coffee liqueur. Allow it to sit while preparing other layers.
  • Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for 2-3 seconds, then place them on a plate.
  • Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Drizzle half of the strawberry puree over the mascarpone layer.
  • Repeat layering with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and strawberry puree.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with fresh strawberries just before serving.
