  • Dip ladyfingers quickly into the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Sprinkle half of the crushed pistachios over the mascarpone layer.
  • Repeat the dipping, layering, and sprinkling with the remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with additional crushed pistachios.
