  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Cut the brioche bread into cubes and spread half in the baking dish.
  • Distribute cream cheese evenly over the bread layer.
  • Top with the remaining cubes of brioche bread.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the custard mixture over the layered bread and cream cheese, pressing down gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Drizzle melted butter over the casserole and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
