  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Tenderize the chicken breasts by placing each between plastic wrap and pounding gently to ½ inch in thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Set up the breading station with flour in one dish, whisked eggs in a second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, grated cheese, herbs, and spices in the third.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly for an even coat.
