  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and almond flour. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Scoop small portions of the dough and place them on the baking sheet, shaping them into small mounds.
  • Flatten each mound into a thin chip-like shape, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Allow the chips to cool slightly on the pan before transferring to a serving plate.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
