  • Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well to coat, cooking for about one minute.
  • Pour in beef broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard until thoroughly combined.
  • Add salt and black pepper, stirring to evenly distribute.
