Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it sizzles. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced onion, cooking for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic, and let it sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the beef broth and milk, mixing well to combine. Then, add the uncooked pasta along with the salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir thoroughly.
  • Increase the heat to bring everything to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and add the Parmesan, cheddar, and cream cheese. Stir until the cheeses melt and create a smooth sauce.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes
