Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened goat cheese and 4 oz of cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or a fork to beat the mixture until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Fold in ¼ cup of chopped dried cranberries, ¼ cup of finely chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons of honey, and seasoning: ¼ teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly with a spatula for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • After chilling, unwrap your cheese ball. If desired, roll it in additional finely chopped pecans and cranberries.
  • Serve on a charming platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Pair with an assortment of crackers, sliced bread, or fresh fruit.

Notes
