Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and carefully unroll it onto a clean, lightly floured surface, slicing the dough into 2-inch squares.
  • Place a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square, followed by one or two slices of pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese over the filling, then dust with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  • Carefully fold the corners of each dough square in towards the center, sealing in the filling by pinching the edges together.
  • Gently roll each dough ball between your hands to create a uniform look and ensure they are fully sealed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough balls on it, leaving space between each one.
  • Brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the pizza bombs have puffed up.
  • While baking, pour marinara sauce into a small dipping bowl.
  • Once baked, allow to cool slightly before serving with the marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Ensure each dough square is properly sealed to prevent leaks during baking, and serve warm for best flavor.
