  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard for tanginess

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with olive oil or lining with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the maple glaze over the salmon, reserving some for basting.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, basting with reserved glaze at the 10-minute mark.
  • Once done, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve warm with lemon wedges and garnished with parsley.

Notes

For best results, choose wild-caught salmon for richer flavor and watch cooking time closely to avoid overcooking.
